What we accept
This page covers the whole-office job: a refresh that pulls old machines from every desk at once, a move to a new suite or a storage closet that has filled up over a few years. We collect computers of every brand and condition, working or not. HP, Lenovo, LG, Asus and Samsung machines are common, along with every other maker.

If it has a cord or a battery, it is eWaste and we recycle it. Monitors and printers are welcome too. They carry a small service fee, explained on the office IT equipment removal page.
Before pickup
- Back up files you need before pickup. Storage media is wiped or destroyed during processing.
- Sign out of accounts, remove device locks and passwords and factory reset where you can. Remove account and activation locks where possible. Tell us about devices you cannot unlock or reset so we can plan their processing.
- There is no need to run your own drive wipe. If a machine will not power on or cannot be reset, send it anyway. Its data is still destroyed during processing.
- Label each group, for example by department or floor, so the count you send matches what we load.
- Gather everything by your back door or loading dock.
Quantities and the pickup fee
Desktop computers, laptops and servers count toward the 12-unit pickup fee waiver threshold. Pickup fee typically waived at 12 or more computers or servers. Some per-item fees apply. For smaller collections, ask about combining pickups in the area. A pickup fee may apply. Fees and waiver eligibility are confirmed before scheduling.
A typical office refresh of a dozen workstations reaches the threshold on its own. If you are a small team with five or six machines, ask about combining with a neighboring business when we call.
Data destruction
Storage media is wiped or physically destroyed using industry-standard methods through certified R2 downstream partners. Request a Certificate of Destruction when requesting pickup for your compliance and audit records, including documentation related to HIPAA or SOC 2 requirements.
